Goal Tracking

With Pronunciation Workshop's® goal to improve performance and improve business results, we believe it is important to implement, track, report and manage the communication skills learning within a firm. Communication skills trainees have preset goals and objectives with targets to be met within a specified training timeline. A language proficiency assessment is made prior to the start of each vocal communication skills training program. Throughout the individual's pronunciation, accent reduction and communication skills training, progress in their skills is statistically measured and reported back to the student and their employer. Assessment and evaluation tools will serve as the framework to identify specific speech behaviors critical for communication and career growth. This process will provide observable criteria for setting goals, developing individual learning plans and measuring progress in reaching those communication skills goals.
