I wish to purchase your program on disc; however, my computer can only play CDs. It cannot play a DVD. Can I purchase the program on CDs?
Yes. If you do not have a DVD drive on your computer and require CDs, contact us and we will arrange to have a shipment of our program sent out to you on CDs.

What is your return policy?
Every video pronunciation training program sold is accompanied by a user license. Due to the valuable nature of this product and the possibility of piracy and illegal reproduction, in order to receive a credit for an item returned, the user license must not have been activated. If the license was not activated, a full refund (less shipping and handling costs) is available within 90 days from the date of purchase. If the license was activated, no refund will be issued. If you choose our 3 Easy Payment option, you are under obligation to complete all three payments if your license has been activated.
